A biofilm was grown on 24-well polystyrene microtiter plates for 48 h at 30 °C in mTSB supplemented with various concentrations of either A glucose or B glycerol broth and quantified using the CV assay. The data represents the average of three independent biological experiments, each performed in triplicates (n = 9), and the standard deviations.
