siRNA MGMT inhibition (MCF7 cells) correlated with a decrease in expression of CDC2, TOP2A, AURKB, KIF20A, Cyclin B2, Cyclin A2 and Survivin (A). When MGMT was silenced p53 expression was slightly increased and this correlated with mild induction of p21 expression. siRNA MGMT inhibition also correlated with decreased p-CDC2, p-TOP2A, p-AURKB, p-KIF20A, p-CDC20 (B).
