Results of multivariate kernel analyses for pneumonia by year. Only the outcomes for poultry and goats, for which consistent associations were found, are listed; for further detail see S1 Table. ‘CAP cases per 1000’ is the occurrence of CAP (registered with the GP) for each year. ‘Distance range in km’ is the distance range d for which the best-fit in the individual analysis for the given year was found. ‘Risk increase’ denotes the average increase of the CAP risk for individuals living within the distance range of one farm of the given type, and is calculated as described in the Materials and Methods section.
