A total of 101 E. coli MG1655 genes identified as differentially expressed upon exposure to 1 MPa by RNA-Seq were represented here according to information available on the clusters of orthologous groups (COGs). There are 7 genes that belong to more than one COG groups and they were represented in each corresponding groups.
