Fig. 2A shows a gel loaded with equal concentrations of protein. Similar results were obtained when gels were loaded with equal NP concentrations (Fig. S2B). Results for precoated NPs were obtained after 30 min flow at 8.5 cm/s. ^∗∗p ≤ 0.01, ^∗∗∗p ≤ 0.001, and samples with p-values not shown had nonsignificant differences.
