Combined nimotuzumab and celecoxib cooperatively blocks radiation-induced EGFR activation and internalization in CNE2 cell line. CNE2 cells were preincubated with N50 or C25 or the combination for 24 hours, and then exposed to 4 Gy of X-ray radiation and further incubated for 2 hours.
