Efficacy of the VSV-ZIKV vaccines against lethal ZIKV challenge. IFNAR^−/− mice were IM vaccinated with a single dose of vaccine 28 days prior to lethal ZIKV challenge. (A) Survival curves after lethal ZIKV challenge. (B) Body weight changes after ZIKV challenge. On day 7 after challenge for vaccinated animals, 4 mice were euthanized for sample collection.
