Chronoamperometric measurement with the VFA biosensor in 100 mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) with 5 mM MgCl₂, 0.6 mM TPP, 0.02 mM FAD, 2 mM PEP, 1 mM ATP and 0.4 mM acetyl-CoA, 11.8 U PK and 2.5 U AK. Cross-talk free behavior is demonstrated by subsequent addition of propionate and acetate, respectively.
