Hemorrhagic spots for the MHD test results are shown. Back skin of euthanized rabbits was excised, and the hemorrhagic spots were measured from the inner side of the skin using a light box. The hemorrhagic spots resulted from intradermal injections of snake venom (2.0 μg/0.1mL, 1.0 μg/0.1 mL, 0.5 μg/0.1mL, and 0.25 μg/0.1mL), from top to bottom, respectively. Bar, 10 mm.
