Time to obtain 50 % germination (T50) of after-ripened Anigozanthos flavidus seeds incubated at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 20/10 and 25/15 °C and movement from 5, 10, 25 to 15 °C in a 12/12 h light/dark regime on water (control), KAR1 or glyceronitrile. Data in the table represent mean ± SE. No germination was observed at 5, 10 and 25 °C and their T50 are expressed as /. The 5→15, 10→15 and 25→15 represent seeds were moved from 5, 10 and 25 °C to 15 °C, respectively.
