The mTORC2 pathway is involved in CD11a expression induced by LPS. THP-1 cells were pretreated with 10−9 M rapamycin or 10−6 M WYE-354 for 30 min before incubation with PMA or LPS for 1 h. After treatment, the cells were recovered for reaction with specific antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry: (A) CD11a and (B) CD11b expression levels (n = 3).
