CMK, K562, and TF-1 cells were plated at a density of 5x10⁴ cells/mL and cultured in standard conditions with increasing concentrations of NGF for 5 days. Additionally, for TF-1 cells that are traditionally cultured with supplemental GM-CSF, cells were cultured with either 1 or 0 ng/mL of GM-CSF. (A-B) Absolute cell numbers and (C-D) viability were measured using Trypan Blue staining, assessed with ViCell, and normalized to cells grown in identical culture conditions without any addition of NGF.
