Mycelial biomass and HEA production by strain CGMCC 3.18729 during the liquid culture.

The culture was performed in 25°C with 150 rpm for 17 days. The mycelia from three flasks were harvested every 2 days to determine the mycelia dry weight and measure the HEA content.
