In siRNA-SIRT1 HT22 cells, *P < 0.05 versus control, and #P < 0.05 versus NC (empty lentiviral vector); while in SRT1720 HT22 cells, **P < 0.05 versus control, and ##P < 0.05 versus NC (not pretreated with SRT1720).
