Table 2. . The percentage of subjects whose networks contain disconnected nodes increases with brain atlas scales and decreases as the total number of streamlines or dilation increases. With SC 105 and D0 at Scale 250, the percentage of networks with disconnected nodes is significantly higher than any other tractography setting. The percentage is significantly reduced by increasing streamline count to 106 and applying grey matter dilation during tractography.
