The multivariate model included all variables that were significant (P < .05) on either univariate or center- and age-adjusted univariate analysis (see Table 5).

The multivariate model is adjusted for cancer center and log-transformed age and variables shown in the table (race, marital status, education, and vigorous physical activity).

The LSMEANS are calculated for log-transformed FRS and then exponentiated to the original scale (refer to Methods).

P-values are calculated from the General Linear Model (refer to Methods).
