Schematic presentation of the imaging and analysis procedure. Two transversal planes of each tumour were recorded over time. Shortly after the image acquisition was started, microbubbles were injected as a bolus. A high mechanical index destruction pulse was applied and the replenishment of microbubbles was recorded. The raw RF B-mode data was post-processed to enable feature extraction. All extracted features were then fed into the feature selection process to generate a radiomics signature, which can be used for classification.
