Paths (of length ≤ 5) connecting (a) HPI-network, (b) the M. tuberculosis H37Rv (Mtb) hypoxic-GRN, and (c) the hypoxic-metabolism network of Mtb during its sustenance inside the host cell. The (shortest) paths were traced through a Mtb PPI network (derived from STRING database), and paths wherein at least 50% of the constituent nodes (genes/proteins) were observed to be perturbed during hypoxia were selected
