Forskolin and Gαs-induced cAMP responses of isolated membranes from HEK-ACΔ3/6 cells overexpressing mACs. Membranes isolated from HEK-ACΔ3/6 cells (solid circles) or HEK-ACΔ3/6 cells stably expressing AC1, AC2, AC5, or AC8 (open circles) were stimulated with increasing concentrations of (A) forskolin or (B) purified Gαs, and cAMP accumulation was measured.
