Grade 0, no stainable iron; Grade 1+, less than 25% of hepatic cells positive; Grade 2+, between 25% and 50% of hepatic cells positive; Grade 3+, between 50% and 75% of hepatic cells positive; Grade 4+, more than 75% of hepatic cells positive.
