Dose-dependent pro-apoptotic effect of ABT-888 on melanoma cells. Human melanoma cell lines (SK-MEL-5, SK-MEL-2, M14, LOX-IMVI) were exposed to diluent (control; CTRL), or 25 or 50 µM ABT-888 for 72 h. Cell apoptosis was analyzed by staining with Annexin V-FITC and PI followed by FACS analysis. The cells in quadrant (Q)2 and Q4 represent late and early apoptotic cells, respectively.
