EtNBSe-PDT inhibited A-431 cell survival.

Notes: A-431 cells were treated with different concentrations of EtNBSe (0, 100, 200, 400, 600, and 800 nmol/L) and were exposed to various light doses (0, 1.4, 2.8, and 5.6 J/cm2). At 24 h after irradiation, cell viability was determined using the MTT assay. Data are presented as mean ± SD from three independent experiments. *P<0.05 versus the control group.

Abbreviations: EtNBSe, 5-ethylamino-9-diethylaminobenzo[a]phenoselenazinium; MTT, 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide; PDT, photodynamic therapy.
