Notes: (A) A-431 cells were pretreated with 4-PBA (20 μmol/L) for 1 h in the presence or absence of EtNBSe-PDT. The expression levels of autophagy associated proteins were measured by Western blotting. (B) A-431 cells were pretreated with salubrinal (50 μmol/L) for 1 h in the presence or absence of EtNBSe-PDT.
