Four concentrations of α-synuclein (10 μM, 25 μM, 50 μM and 100 μM) aggregated in the presence of 10 μM Thioflavin T and 0.05% sodium azide in SEC buffer, measured in triplicates. The assay has been evaluated by the AmyloFit software (http://www.amylofit.ch.cam.ac.uk). A. Raw data, absolute ThT fluorescence readings of triplicate measurements of the four concentrations; B.
