Effects of opioid receptor antagonists on antinociception by subcutaneous administration of MGM-15 (A) and MGM-16 (B). The antinociceptive effects of MGM-15 and MGM-16 were determined in mice by the tail-flick test after subcutaneous administration of the following antagonists: β-FNA (40 mg/kg), naloxonazine (NLZ; 35 mg/kg), NTI (3 mg/kg), and norBNI (20 mg/kg). Measurements were performed 15 minutes after subcutaneous administration of MGM-15 (0.5 mg/kg) or MGM-16 (0.1 mg/kg) in the tail-flick test.
