Adjust dose for child less than 10 years on basis of body weight: rifampin 10 mg/kg monthly, clofazimine 1 mg/kg semi-daily and 6 mg/kg monthly, and dapsone 2 mg/kg daily. The standard child blister pack may be broken up so that the appropriate dose is given to children under 10 years of age.
