Analysis of PTA and PTA-dl1013 shedding in C57BLC57bl/6 Rag2^−/− mice. Nine female C57BL/6-RAG2^−/− mice were coinfected with 5 ×10⁴ IU of PTA and 5 ×10⁴ IU of PTA-dl1013 via i.p. injection. Urine was collected during the acute phase of infection, and genomic DNA was quantified by strain-specific qPCR analysis.
