Klotho suppresses NF-κB p65, Akt and Erk 1/2 signaling pathways activated by Ang II in VSMCs. VSMC were stimulated with Ang II for indicated time periods with or without pretreatment by 200 ng/ml Klotho. Quantification of normalized densities for NF-κB p65, Akt and Erk1/2 activities is shown.
