 SpO2 ≥ 94% with FiO2 ≤ 0.5, PEEP ≤ 7 cmH2O, support of WOB ≤ 40%
 PaO2 ≥ 70 mmHg

 Dopamine ≤ 5 mcg/kg/min
 Dobutamine ≤ 5 mcg/kg/min
 Noradrenaline ≤ 0.05 mcg/kg/min
 Hemoglobin ≥ 8 g/dl
 Electrolyte abnormality No abnormality
Extubation criteria
