The probability of ART initiation within 6 months of the earliest CD4 cell count was calculated by baseline CD4 cell count as the number of persons in a given 10-cell/μL group over the total number of persons in that group. A discontinuity in the probability of ART initiation is evident at the 200-cells/μL threshold.
