The effect of the fatty acid amide hydrolase inhibitor, PF-3845 (5 mg/kg, i.p. injection), on plasma (A) corticosterone and (B) glucose levels from control and stressed rats (n=5–7/group). Plasma corticosterone and glucose concentration was determined in blood samples collected via tail-tipping from rats exposed to 0 (control), 60, 240, and 360 minutes of acute restraint stress.
