Confirmation of the orientation of 6D chromosome. (A) 6D chromosome plot is drawn using Plot tool in B2DSC. The green line on the chromosome plot indicates that the consensus sequence of Oligo-6DS.1 hits the sequences between the 17 and 18 Mbp regions on 6DS arm.
