Case 1 showed histologically defined hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (A) and cholangiocarcinoma (CC) (B) components in single tumor with small intermediate foci (C). The major component of case 3 was HCC (D) and the CC (E) the minor component, showing a more intermingled pattern between the two components (F) than case 1.
