In vivo antitumor efficacies of GEM and o(L+DLA)10-GEM micelles in an A549 non-small-cell lung cancer xenograft model. Mice were administered i.v. weekly for 3 weeks (as indicated by the arrows) with GEM (10 mg/kg) or o(L+DLA)10-GEM micelles (5% loading, 10 mg/kg GEM equivalent).
