FLC-resistant C. tropicalis 087 was treated with or without different concentrations of compound 9 (0, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 μg ml–1) and FLC (0, 0.25, 0.5, 1 μg ml–1) alone or combinations of FLC and compound 9 in a shaking incubator. The turbidity of the suspension was observed and pictures were taken after 16 h of incubation.
