RNA was isolated, reverse transcribed and analyzed using q-real-time PCR. Expression of Stat3, Socs3 and Bcl2l1 was significantly increased in cells grown at high density. The values were normalized versus Gapdh expression, which served as an endogenous control. Results are presented as mean ± SD.
