Mean total leaf area (cm²) and dry weight (g) 28 days after emergence of cucumber with five treatments: amino acid mixture containing all amino acids found in hydrolyzed collagen (All Amino Acid), all amino acids found in hydrolyzed collagen but proline replaced with glycine (No Proline), all amino acids found in hydrolyzed collagen but hydroxyproline replaced with glycine (No Hydroxyproline), and all amino acids found in hydrolyzed collagen but proline and hydroxyproline replaced with glycine (No Proline/Hydroxyproline), and Control (No Amino Acid). Data analyzed by ANOVA (α = 0.05) and Tukey’s HSD test was conducted for mean separation.
