dsDNA-damaging effects of irradiation (IR) on pADSCs and their repair capacity within 24 h. Phosphorylated H2AX (γH2AX) was used as a marker for DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs). To determine γH2AX foci, cells were fixed 1 h or 24 h after IR and incubated with anti-γH2AX antibody and IgG1 (red); DNA counterstaining with 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (blue).
