Pterostilbene (PTE) inhibits ovarian cancer cell viability. Cells were treated with vehicle (DMSO) or PTE (37.5–300 μm) for 72 h. Cell viability was determined using MTT assay. Data are expressed as the ratio to control treated with vehicle (DMSO). IC₅₀ values of pterostilbene were determined by the Chou-Talalay method.
