A large number of hnRNPA1 and DDX5 splicing targets are coregulated. (A) JUM and MISO analysis independently identified significant overlap between the splicing targets of hnRNPA1 and DDX5. Approximately 66% of hnRNPA1 and 40% DDX5 splicing targets are shared between hnRNPA1 and DDX5. (B) eCLIP analysis confirms that the binding targets are shared between hnRNPA1 and DDX5.
