(A) EMT6-bearing mice were treated with vehicle or 50 mg/kg of the SMC LCL161 orally and PBS or 1 × 107 PFU of VSVΔ51-TNF-α intratumorally for 24 hr and injected with fluorescent microspheres (i.v.) for 5 min.
