(b)
tubular adenoma with size ≥10 mm and tubulovillous adenoma (1 case)
(c)
tubular adenoma with size ≥10 mm and sessile serrated adenoma with cytological dysplasia (1 case)
(d)
tubulovillous adenoma and adenoma with high-grade dysplasia (2 cases).

Any of the following colonoscopic findings confirmed by pathology: tubular adenoma with a size of ≥10 mm, sessile serrated polyp with dysplasia, villous adenoma, tubulovillous adenoma, adenoma with high grade dysplasia, or invasive carcinoma.
