Measure Description	NQF #1360 assesses the percentage of newborns who did not pass hearing screening and have an audiological evaluation no later than 3 months of age.
Measure Definition
Denominator	Denominator contains the number of infants born during the time window who have not passed (“Fail/Refer”) hearing screening.
Denominator Exclusions	Patient deceased: Patient has expired prior to 91 days of age.
Numerator	Numerator contains the number of infants born during the time window who have not passed (“Fail/Refer”) hearing screening and whose age is less than 91 days at audiological diagnosis.
