Tamoxifen treatment did not affect inflammatory infiltration and tubular epithelial cells proliferation in kidneys after I/R at day 5. Kidney sections were stained with F4/80 (A), CD3 (B) and PCNA (C). The number of macrophages (D), lymphocytes (E) and proliferating cells (F) were analyzed in 10~15 visual fields.
