Total flavone (TF) and lico A inhibite cell proliferation and induced ER stress as well as apoptosis in H292 cells. (A) Cell viabilities of H292 cells treated with lico A of different concentrations (^∗P < 0.05 referenced to 0 μM group). (B) The cell growth rates (OD₄₉₀) of total flavone (TF) and lico A groups go slower than the blank group. (C) Lico A represses H292 cell colon formation. (D) ER-stress response protein CHOP is up-regulated by TF (25 μg/ml) and lico A (10 μM). (E) Apoptosis rates of TF (25 μg/ml) and lico A (10 μM) groups are higher than blank group.
