Analysis of hematopoietic colony-forming units on methylcellulose after coculture of CB CD34+ cells with HD-BMSCs or CMML-BMSCs. (a) After a 3-day coculture of CB CD34+ cells with HD-BMSCs or CMML-BMSCs, the CFU-C assays were performed with 500 cells collected from the upper chamber. After 14 days of culture in H4435 methylcellulose, colonies of CFU-GEMM, CFU-GM, and BFU-E derived from coculture with HD-BMSCs or CMML-BMSCs were enumerated. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 5), ∗ p < 0.05 and ∗∗ p < 0.01.
