Fig. 3 — Astrogliosis is not significantly affected by MP treatment. GFAP immunoreactivity in the dorsal and ventral horns was analyzed around the C5-C7 region at 2 weeks after decompression. A non-significant reduction in GFAP immunoreactivity was observed after MP treatment. Representative images for each treatment group and a spine schematic depicting the area analyzed are shown.
