The transcriptome data of cycling and quiescent HSCs were subjected to GSEA, and the threshold was set at P value <0.05. The normalized enrichment score (NES) reflects the degree to which a gene set is overrepresented at the top or bottom of a ranked list of genes. Bold indicates the gene sets in which q < 005.
