US features were suggestive of lymphomatous node which was confirmed on histopathology. No intranodal necrosis or calcification noted. CDUS shows peripheral vascularity. Impression on US was of metastatic lymph node which was confirmed on FNAC as metastasis from adenocarcinoma.
