 Radial inclination < 12°
 Loss of radial height >2mm
 Articular gap or step >2mm
 Dorsal tilting beyond neutral
Metalwork positioning
 Plate prominent beyond volar rim (Soong Grade 2)
 Intra-articular screw/peg
 Screw/peg prominence + documented symptoms
 Entirely extra-osseous screw placement
